Quambys are a relatively new Australian breed developed in Tasmania, bred with both productivity and temperament in mind.
Known for their excellent laying ability, our hens regularly produce around 300 large eggs per year while remaining calm, friendly and easy to keep.
This dual purpose breed is hardy, active and well suited to backyard flocks, with low broodiness and eye catching colouring adding to their appeal.
Our breeding stock has been sourced directly from Tasmania.
